Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1-2 tablets daily with food.

Children 6-12 years: 1 daily with food.


Not to be used in children under two years of age. Not to be used by pregnant or breast feeding mothers.


If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A may cause birth defects.


This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.

A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
